Chair of American and Separation Society 2016-2017, is a globally recognized technical and market expert in nonwovens and filtration industry. Dr. Sun is a brilliantly articulate and lively instructor who is skilled in guiding filter media professionals through the complexities of the air, liquid, and nanotechnology markets. She has over 25 years of industry experience, and authored over 100 technical publications and multiple patents in filtration. Dr. Sun earned her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing and Executive Certificate from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
